Customer Notice

Dear Customer,

Due to overall costs rising every year, there will be a £5 increase to the cost of treatment from 1st July 2019.

We know that price increases are never welcome, but please rest assured that Thai Charms is committed to providing the best possible service to all of our valued customers. Our prices have been remaining the same since 2011 and always offer promotion/special prices to our customers. Please ask at the front desk for current promotion.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please get in touch if you are running late, we will try to accommodate your appoitment if late arrivals. For our therapist to perform the full treatment and not delay other customers appointments scheduled. Please arrive 15 minutes early in order for our team to prepare for your  treatment.

Same day booking may be accepted subject available appointments and will be at the discretion of the manager. Last booking is 1 hours before closing time.

Complaints/Comments

Any complaint or comment regarding your treatments please raised this with our receptionist before you leave Thai Massage Wimbledon so that it can be resolved to the issue.

Problems which cannot be resolved should be notified in writing at or by post: 23 Leopold Road, Wimbledon, SW19 7BB, London, UK.
