Late Arrival :

Please get in touch if you are running late, we will try to accommodate your appoitment if late arrivals. For our therapist to perform the full treatment and not delay other customers appointments scheduled. Please arrive 15 minutes early in order for our team to prepare for your  treatment.

 

Same day booking: may be accepted subject available appointments.

Deposit:

Due to bad experience that clients did not turn us or gave short notice for cancellation caused us businesses, we are now clients pay 50% deposit for 2 bookings or more, to secure thier booking.

Complaints/Comments:

Any complaint or comment regarding your treatments please raised this with our receptionist before you leave Thai Charms so that it can be resolved to the issue.

 

Problems which cannot be resolved should be notified in writing at info@thaicharmsmassage.com
