The therapist gently and skilfully uses thumb and presses their palms and elbow to release away the knots and tension.

          The Thai foot massage is also extremely relaxing, perfect when you are feeling tired around the feet and legs or just as a healthy way to rebalance your whole body because massaging the reflex areas in your feet correspond to all the different organs in your body.

         Swedish massage is a full body massage using selected oils designed to ease tension, relieve stress and promote a general state of well-being.
